Jean-Claude Chalmet

Founder & Lead Therapist

Jean-Claude started his career, after University, in London as an oil broker before setting up his own independent oil broking company by the age of 25 in London.  His company was very quickly acquired by Salomon Brothers ( Phibro Energy ) where he became one of the leading people in the 1980’s for derivatives trading (Energy Price Risk Management) in both London and New-York.  He went on to join a philanthropic foundation from 1993 with various interests in telecommunications. space and water transportation in a number of foreign countries.

In 1999 he decided to pursue his love in life , the understanding of the human mind, which took him on a 6 &1/2 year journey of learning with one of Athens’ leading psychiatrists / Neurologists/Family therapists and completed a Diploma of Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy at ICH – London (teaching from King’s College in London) in 2003.

Manuela Herreros

Manuela was born in Chile and has been living in Bali for the last 12 years with her husband and three daughters. After the birth of her first daughter with special needs and spending a lot of time in hospitals in critical conditions, since which she has dedicated her life to the study and teachings of yoga and meditation, allowing her  to help people to find their own path in life and wellbeing. She has been leading yoga retreats on the island for the last six years.

Manuela has a deep passion and curiosity for the unfolding of the body-mind connection, always building bridges between western scientific views and eastern philosophical wisdom. Her unique teaching style draw from different traditions and philosophies including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Kundalini yoga. Manuela’s approach is gentle, compassionate and relatable, as she leads guests on a deep journey into their own essence where they will find the power of self knowledge, to build a better life.

As a health consultant and Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Jeremy has been treating and lecturing around the world for more than 15 years, including being a guest speaker at Oxford University. Jeremy held an office in the famous medical zone Harley Street in London and is a participating Doctor of the World Health Organization. His clients include patients from the Royal Ballet (United Kingdom) and the Cirque du Soleil.

Dr. Anna Walton

Anna Walton has been a practicing therapist since 2008 and has been working alongside Jean-Claude since 2014.

Anna has a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology, a Master’s Degree with Distinction in Child Development and she is a published academic researcher.

Anna is well known for her collaborative and down-to-earth style of working.

Angela Perez

Angela has been passionately and joyfully dedicated to the yogic path for the past 15 years.

With a blend of Spanish born fire and deep love and gratitude for this life, it is equally her joy and honour to teach, study and share yoga and Tantra. Angela’s teaching style mirrors the way she practices – with complete joy and commitment to the path. She truly embodies the understanding that practice is a gift and holds firm to her intention to be a radiant example of the true joy, power and potential of yoga.

Angela is completely devoted to her daily practice and her role as a teacher is a natural extension of that commitment. She has lectured and taught in many parts of the world on Yogic Philosophy, Tantra, Ayurveda and Kundalini and gratefully enjoys teaching Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin and Tantra classes and workshops currently at Desa Seni (Canggu, Bali). Angela is a Yoga Alliance internationally certified yoga instructor at both the RYT-500 and E-RYT 500 level.

Kundalini Yoga Teacher

Catherine began her career as a Personal Assistant working in the UK and abroad for high profile individuals. In 2000 Catherine diversified her career and trained as an integrative psychotherapist in London where
she now runs a private practice seeing clients for one-to-one psychotherapy. With an increasing interest in the mind-body link and specifically how anxiety, depression and burn out manifest in the physical body, Catherine began training as a Kundalini yoga teacher in London, France, Russia and Rishikesh, India.

Catherine is committed to sharing the teachings of Kundalini yoga as a means to tap into the body’s own healing resources. “In today’s fast-paced world, where we are all under the pressure of time, Kundalini Yoga helps support the immune system, regulate the breath and facilitate a connection between head and heart. It is a transformational practice bringing the physical, the psychological and the spiritual together and thus offering the possibility of real change”
