Online Kundalini Yoga Classes

Join Manuela Herreros for a limited time teaching online Kuindalini Yoga Classes.

Manuela Herreros will be teaching Kundalini Yoga classes online at 7am GMT on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Each class will last for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

The classes are open for everyone – whether you are a previous guest of The Place Retreats or if you have never practiced Kundalini Yoga before – all are welcome.

Kundalini Yoga is called the Yoga of Awareness. This class may include warm-ups, breathing techniques (pranayama), an exercise set (kriya), deep relaxation, chanting, and meditation. This practice helps to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purify the blood.

Manuela Herreros is teaching every day from Monday to Saturday from 8:15 am – 10:00 am. Privates sessions are also available.
